Meet Robbie
Ugh…so bad. I couldn’t even bend over to shave my legs!
I tried every treatment and therapy you can imagine—massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, the anti-inflammatory diet.
I even had an MRI and saw a neurosurgeon. He wanted to chop me open with no good reason. To which I say… “Hellll, no!”
By then I was $10,000 out of pocket with no relief in site, often crawling on all fours due to the pain. I just wanted to get better. I wanted to feel like myself again, to sleep through the night, to live a normal life and to have a real solution. I was tired of throwing money down the drain.
Sound familiar?
That was me before I found Myofascial Release. I would drive 6 hours every week for therapy. After two sessions, I had that sparkle back in my eyes. Before long, I was PAIN-FREE!
It wasn’t a Band-Aid or a magic pill. It worked! Now I have made it MY MISSION to help people like you who have fallen between the cracks of our medical system and are ready to start living again.
Myofascial Release was the answer to my prayers and to so many others that I have met along the way.
Getting from crossfit queen and motorcycle mama to fascia melting superstar, yogi, and organic buying nutrition nerd has been an epic journey.
I say this after returning from a transformational year long trip to India; exploring meditation and yoga in the foothills of the Himalayas, living in Dharamsala and learning with the Dalai Lama, adventuring by motorcycle across India and Nepal, researching with a genius Israeli osteopath in Thailand for 2 months, and then returning home to study with the grandfather of Myofascial Release, the one and only, John F. Barnes Pt. in Sedona, Arizona.
You could say this was my year and a half of discovery.
Discovery of self. Discovery of the innate healing potential of the body. Discovery of the mind/body connection… AND it taught me how to see the body as a whole, rather than pieces and parts.

My approach is different.
Through my own struggle with low back pain, I have been humbled. I have learned what is truly important in this blessed life, it in turn has taught me empathy and given me an overwhelming drive to help people like you.
I’m guessing you’re here because you too have pain or dysfunction. You’re tired of the pain and the sleepless nights. You wanna pick up your grand-kids and crawl around on the floor like a vicious dinosaur. You want to take that road trip or backpack trip but you can’t sit too long, or stand too long, or even carry the damn backpack. I get it, I was there.
A little about my professional experience:
My first training in Massage Therapy cracked my world open. It put me on the path to transformational change.
When I realized weakness and imbalance were taking a huge toll on my clients, I got my certification as a Personal Trainer so I could help them. But here’s what: Their diets were completely messed up.
To help them get off the hamster wheel, I learned all I could about food + nutrition and got my certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Fermentationist.
But here’s the most important thing that I learned…
It’s all about the gut!
If the gut ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.

At this point I thought I had it all figured out… until I noticed that my clients still seemed to be missing something. That’s when I realized their heads were a complete three ring circus… the monkey mind was running the show, and there was clearly a mind/body connection. So on January 1, 2017, I flew across the world to the birthplace of yoga to learn how to balance the body and mind. I graduated my 500 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India and then set off by motorcycle to put all that I learned into action.
After returning to the USA I began my intense study of Myofascial Release with John Barnes Pt. and I have made it the cornerstone of my practice. Myofascial Release is the leading edge treatment for pain and dysfunction and is the most effective treatment I have found. It after all is what gave me my life back, my freedom back, and my glorious independence back.
A few things you should know about me:
I’m a huge, HUGE food advocate. I grew up on a farm. It’s in my soul.
I’m a full-on Oregon gal, a little bit hippy and a little bit red in the neck.
I organized and led Bend, Oregon’s first and most successful March Against Monsanto, and work with local family farmers in my home state.
I’m passionate, super colorful, and love to defy social norms and limitations. I occasionally curse. (I’m a wild woman and a force of nature, remember?) If you’re not okay with that, working with me might not be for you.
Also, this:
I know what it is to feel like nothing is working.
Like everyone’s preaching and you can’t tell who to trust.
Hopeless and exhausted. Fed up. You. Just. Want. To. Feel. Better.
I can help.
I look forward to taking this journey with you.
